Daisy - Clinton, WI
Meet Daisy! She is a 6 yr old female Min Pin who weighs 10 lbs. She is great with all kids and other animals.
Daisy's the name....snuggling is my game... For 6 years now I've been blessing everyone with my presence. For some reason people keep passing me around but everyone keeps telling me that my forever home is coming soon. I'm not sure what that means but it would be great to have one person or family to be able to bond with and just never have to leave their side!
I was diagnosed with diabetes about 4 months ago now. Unfortunately for me that means these humans keep coming at me with needles and wanting my blood and injecting me with insulin. I'm not a huge fan of these things but maybe if they keep feeding me the yummy treats they think they are distracting me with I'll give them an easier time... I've also drawn the short stick and had to have my eye removed. Diabetes can cause ulcers in the eyes and one of mine ruptured. I've been without it for a while now and everyone says I'm doing great. Since I don't have pain in my eye and my numbers are more under control I'm letting my personality shine! I’m also blind due to cataract in my other eye so yes I’m completely blind.
I love all people! Men, Women and kids. In my foster home I don't have any kids but when then neighbors are out playing I love sitting by the fence and listening to them. I also get a case of the spins when I get excited. When I want your attention I will be sure to spin really fast and offer lots of play bows! I might even through in my little bark.
Daisy deserves her forever home!! For more information please contact or visit our website at email@example.com.
Shadow - Mauston, WI
This pretty, sweet girl is Shadow! Shadow is a 12 yr old, 16 lb female spayed Dachshund.
Shadow was found as a stray and they were able to locate her owner's but sadly, they were unable to keep because of the owners' health issues.
She's a dachshund mix, just a little girl weighing about 16 pounds. Although she is a senior dog looking for her retirement home, she still is playful and loves belly rubs. She's a quiet, happy little girl and would make a great pet because she likes people and is good with other animals! Shadow is in foster care so please call the shelter at 608-847-4060 and leave a message if you would like to meet this little sweetheart. You can also email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
