Meet Toby!  He is an 11 yr old, 9 lb, neutered male cat.

11 year old Toby is a very sweet and gentle soul. He came to the rescue 3 years ago when a kind couple found him as a stray. We knew he had issues from the start because he had chewed his tail to the bone. Sadly we had to have most of his tail amputated.

 

Shortly after settling in at the rescue, he started having seizures. Medication, 3 times a day, brought his seizures under control, but the seizures left him partially sight impaired and a bit unsteady on his feet. He's had a few more bouts of seizures since then, but for the most part he seems content to cuddle with the kittens and enjoy his daily special treats. This is quite simply a lovely senior cat who takes his babysitting job very seriously! 

 

We all love him and give him extra attention, but an understanding home in which he could be pampered and given lots of lap time would be ideal for his senior years.
